Barcelona Day 1

Hello peeps!
Today I'm bringing you back to Spain. After the Mallorca trip with the girls, HsinYe and I decided that we should separate with the girls and stop by Barcelona for a short trip before we head back to London. So, here's the trip!

LOL! trying their tap water? Taste like metal... =/

La Rambla!

We had ice cream/ gelato almost everyday during the trip... Fatness overload!

#touristbeingtourist taking pictures while being very caution with the handbag.

The famous La Boqueria market. Too bad all the stalls are closing when we reach, apparently there's a lot of nice food there. =/

inside the market.

chocolates!! I mean expensive chocolates! (it cost us 11 euros for five pieces of chocolates... because the chocolates are counted by weight..so choose the smaller ones if you want to try more variety of it.)

Our expensive 11euros chocolate.

One of Barcelona's attractions which I don't understand about it. The dragon look like something we can simply find in chinatown. (someone please tell me the story behind this dragon)

I just realise why is the building behind slanting?? =/

Our very failed tapas, which I think La Bodega serve a better tapas than them.
Button mushroom with olive and patatas with "chili sauce" (which taste like thousand island sauce).

Lesson learnt! Do not look for cheap restaurants, look for restaurants with reasonable price that serve good food!

Our squid ink paella.

Oh.. last but not least, my #ootd. Top: Primark // Pants & leather jacket : Topshop // Bag: Zara

Jump shot #1: La Rambla

Day #2 in Mallorca, Spain

Hola!
Day 2 of Mallorca is basically all about tourist attractions. Before we reach Mallorca, I did some research about Mallorca's attractions and most of it requires us to rent a car to get there. However, due to some issue/difficulties we faced while trying to rent a car last minute in the airport, we decided that we should forget about renting the car and try to visit as much attractions as we can with their public transport. So, people who wish to visit Mallorca, please rent a car online before you reach Mallorca, so that you will have enough time to read the t&c and to bring the necessary documents along (don't be like us!).

Anyway, stop the blabbering and proceed to the main business - pictures!

Group shot outside the apartment. #LOL I look like I'm gonna pee anytime soon. Actually I was just trying to shorten myself to fit the height of everyone of else. #justsaying haha!!

Our lunch spot! Placa den Coll. It is so hard to look for this place!
Life without GPS/Data - LOST!

Our lunch! *yums*

Have you figure out how the man enable to float on top of that guy?

Ancient calendar/clock. I guess every country has one of their own unique calendar.
I have no idea how to read it thou. (this is where the job of the tour guide comes in - to explain how to read calendar like this!)

my #oftd? all from Primark! *wink*

At night (also the last night in Mallorca), we decided that we should visit somewhere nice and have a decent dinner. So the receptionist introduced us to visit their port (Porta de Soller) for dinner + sun set scenery.

Our dinner!
top left: Pasta meat roll // top right: American chicken pizza // lower left: Carbonara // lower right: Cheese nachos // middle: Squid ink seafood pasta.

One day... One day... One day I'll own one of them. (ya right! #dreaming)
